These terms apply to Classis.AI, operated by Wings2Aspirations Startup India Pvt Ltd. Registered address: [CONFIRM: registered office address]. Contact: support@classis.ai. By using Classis.AI you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Classis.AI provides self-paced, AI-generated courses and the Classis.AI Tutor. Course content, lessons, assessments and tutor replies are generated by AI when you ask for them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Courses and the signed-in Tutor need an account (Microsoft sign-in). The free Tutor at /try needs no account. A learner under 18 needs a parent or lawful guardian to agree before the first signed-in tutor session (see the Privacy Policy, section 5). 3. Courses

• Courses are generated for your individual use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish generated course material as your own product.
• Access to a purchased course is provided for the lifetime of the platform. We may update or improve generated content over time.
• The price of a course depends on its depth and level and is always shown before you pay.
• We may refuse to generate a course on topics that are unlawful or unsafe, or that imply a regulated professional credential we cannot responsibly award.

4. Certificates

A Classis.AI certificate records completion of a self-paced course on this platform. It is not an academic qualification, carries no academic credit and is not issued by an accredited awarding body. Anyone with its verification link can check it is genuine.

5. The Tutor, free questions and credits

• The Tutor gives a number of free questions each day (currently 10). They reset at midnight India time.
• Beyond the free questions, the signed-in Tutor uses credits. Different actions use different numbers of credits (for example a typed doubt, a voiced answer or a new lesson). The current costs are shown on the Tutor page.
• Credits are bought in packs. The price of a pack is shown before you pay. There is no subscription. [CONFIRM: whether credit packs are on sale at launch; the site copy currently says "coming soon"]
• If a tutor request fails for a technical reason, the question or credits are returned automatically.
• A daily safety limit applies to very heavy use.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. Prices are charged in Indian rupees (INR), and other currencies are shown for reference only. A GST tax invoice is issued for successful payments. [CONFIRM: whether displayed prices include GST: the homepage says "All prices inclusive of GST"]

7. Refunds

• Each course is generated on demand for you, and the generation cost is incurred at the moment of purchase.
• If course generation fails or produces unusable content, contact support@classis.ai and we will regenerate it at no cost or refund the purchase in full.
• Course purchases are non-refundable once the course has been generated and accessed. The free demo lets you try the platform before buying.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 working days.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to get around limits or payments, no automated scraping, and no use of the tutor or course chat to produce unlawful, harmful or abusive content. We may limit or suspend access for misuse. [CONFIRM: suspension and termination process]

9. AI content

AI can make mistakes, leave things out or be out of date. Course and tutor content is general education, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. For a regulated profession, a course gives no licence or right to practise. Check anything important against an authoritative source. Tutor replies, including those to learners under 18, can be wrong. The tutor is not a teacher, a parent or a professional adviser. Hand-written tutor lessons marked "draft" have not yet been reviewed by a teacher.

10. Liability
